Wynn Resorts - Marjan - RAK Hospitality - Wynn Marjan Island Resort and Casino

Wynn Resorts is working with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding to develop its first integrated gaming resort in the MENA region. The estimated cost of the project is $3.9 billion. Wynn Resorts is debuting in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), with its multi-billion-dollar integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island. It is projected to be the tallest building in RAK and will transform and accelerate the Emirate's rise as a major global tourist destination with its iconic silhouette. It also creates substantial value for its economy through tourism and job creation. This is the first project for a US-listed developer and luxury resort operator in the MENA region. The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority has set a target of attracting 3.5 million visitors annually by 2030. New projects, such as Wynn Marjan Island Resort and Casino, are part of this strategy.
